The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is part of a 3 unit complex, two on the main floor and one on the first floor (ours). There is a pool and a big garden that is shared only with the other two units (that are empty 95% of the time). The apartment has WiFi, satellite TV and AC although there are months that you won´t need tu turn it on at all. Cleaning is provided twice a week. You can see more pictures here.Full features:

This beach condo is located on a private gated community with private security. There is a small supermarket that will no doubt take care of your basic needs and there is also a 9 hole golf course (must pay green fee) inside the gated community.
